I am very disappointed with Namco..
I have been playing this game since weeks, spending money on it, and I was around level 40.
My phone was stolen, and I wanted to get back to my progression and also my gems with my new phone.
I wrote an email to Bandaï-Namco, and they completely ignored me. They cant do anything and they didnt offer anything to help me reach my progression..which is pretty BAD customer service.
The game is very very nice, but seeing the company being bad with their customers, I no longer want to play this game.
