I am very disappointed with Namco.. I have been playing this game since weeks, spending money on it, and I was around level 40. My phone was stolen, and I wanted to get back to my progression and also my gems with my new phone. I wrote an email to Bandaï-Namco, and they completely ignored me. They cant do anything and they didnt offer anything to help me reach my progression..which is pretty BAD customer service. The game is very very nice, but seeing the company being bad with their customers, I no longer want to play this game.

I loved this game when I started, but i think Ive hit a wall where I have to pay to play. Ive been using every cool down on level 34 for days and cant win. If tomorrow is the same, Ill uninstall. Its not fun at that point.

I love this app. Its the same as all those other games but with a theme I love!! The characters are adorable and the storyline is legit.

This game is essentially a FROZEN FREE FALL RIP OFF!! With the addition of a Boss Battle which I admit kind of fun. You are basically playing the story of the Sailor Moon Anime. However unfortunately for some levels you have to meet certain requirements in order to pass on to the next levels. Im NOT talking about beating the level challenges Im talking where you have to reach a certain star with a treasure chest on it or you have to do something else to unlock the next level, sometimes the perverse levels doesnt have those requirements, forcing you to replay other levels in order to meet those requirements. That is why I removed this game App from both of my devices just after 6 days and 20 or so levels. I guess that is there version of Replay Value Frozen Free Fall does not, with Frozen Free Fall if beat level you move on and Automatically unlock the next.

I just got it yesterday and Im so addicted!!

This game is really fun! The character designs are really cute and the story was also. Only thing is that I would like this game no not require wi FI so I could play this game on the go. I LOVE THIS GAME AND I LOVE SAILOR MOON!! PLEASE MAKE MORE SAILOR MOON GAMESSSS

Im a huge fan of sailor moon and Im really enjoying sailor moon drops. I find this game very challenging and a lot of fun. For the jems part; is there other way to earn them without paying for them???

Players, beware. Dont play this game or at least dont pay any money to buy gems to trade for boosters unless you dont mind losing them when the game crashes. If you use boosters on a level and the game crashes (which it WILL and probably at the most inopportune moment like it did for me), your progress will not be saved and Bandai Namco will refuse to reimburse you for anything that was lost. Ridiculous as it is, they will blame YOU for the game crashing, claiming that your device "may have been over-burdened at the time," and even though they will have no proof of this, they will nonetheless use it as their excuse to claim that there is no error in the application and that they cannot compensate you unless there was an error in the application. In other words, they use this as their excuse to keep your money and whatever else the game crash cheated you out of. Beware that there is no warning whatsoever about what exactly will cause the game to crash, but Bandai Namco will hold YOU responsible if it does! You will be reimbursed for absolutely NOTHING, and any and all attempts to reason with them about the unfairness of these practices will only fall on deaf ears as they would rather blame players for game crashes than admit any fault with the game and work to improve it. Bandai Namco has terrible customer service and lacks understanding of the basic concept that paying customers have a right to get proper use out of things they pay their hard-earned money for. This game and its production company are not worth anyones time or money because of Bandais lack of respect for players. My advice is avoid Sailor Moon Drops and Bandai Namco like the plague. I am only giving one star because there is no lower rating I could give.
